How do I reset my Safely portal password?

If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, following these steps:

Go to Safely portal https://portal.safely.com

  • Enter your email address. Note: This email address must be assigned to a registered user in Safely. If you are not a registered user in Safely or are unsure of your user email, reach out to concierge@safely.com to request the new user and/or associated email.
  • Click Forgot your password?

  • Click Send Verification Code - A verification code will be sent to the email address.

  • Copy code from email into the text box that says Verification Code. 
  • Click Verify Code.
  • Enter secure password.

If you do not receive the verification code:

  • Confirm that your email address has been entered correct.
  • Check your Spam folder for the verification code email.
  • Confirm with Safely at concierge@safely.com that your email has been assigned to a registered user.
