How to Connect Safely to Cloudbeds

The integration between Cloudbeds and Safely allows you to automatically protect your short-term rentals

How to sign up for Safely 

The integration between Cloudbeds and Safely allows you to automatically protect your short-term rentals with rigorous guest screening and up to $1,000,000 of commercial vacation rental insurance coverage provided by On Demand Insurance Agency, LLC, and travel insurance.

Prior to connecting, you must sign up with Safely to select your coverage level. Visit www.Safely.com to sign up. 

 

How to Connect Safely with Cloudbeds for the first time: 

  • Select Cloudbeds 
  • Click Authorize and Sign into your Cloudbeds account 
  • Click Authorize Safely 

Once done, the connection request is complete. The API details will be securely transmitted to Safely by Hospitable.   

 

Specific functionality of the integration 

Safely is seamlessly integrated with Cloudbeds.  Once connected, reservation data will automatically be transmitted to Safely and your reservations will be covered. Safely automatically adjusts coverage if the dates of a reservation change or a reservation is cancelled. 

  

Limitations of the Integration with Cloudbeds 

We currently read reservation information only.  We do not send guest screening results or insurance information back to Cloudbeds.  Users are given a login to the Safely Portal to view Guest Screen results, Insurance Coverage, and to file claims. 

 

How to Disconnect 

  1. Contact Safely at Concierge@Safely.com to terminate coverage. The Safely Customer Happiness team will walk you through the process. 
  2. After contacting Safely, you will need to disconnect through Cloudbeds by following this workflow
